In recent years, the incentive mechanism of enterprise for knowledgeworkers are material-based and self-development. These incentives mechanism played acertain stimulating effect to job satisfaction of knowledge worker. However, with thecontinuous progress of the times, the new demand for incentive mechanism has beencome up by the knowledge workers. They not only satisfied with material incentivesand self-development incentives arising from the needs of low-level, but moreconcerned about the perspective of psychological capital.This article by the way of the questionnaire,from the Knowledge workers of theimportance of psychological capital needs to start the psychological capital needs ofKnowledge workers demand conditions on the psychological capital as well as varioustypes of Knowledge workers in different dimensions, improvement strategies proposedincentive mechanism to form the material incentives forLord, psychological capital andother incentives supplemented by incentive mechanism, in order to enhance theknowledge-based employee satisfaction, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling therate of loss of knowledge workers.
