Study On The Impact Of Knowledge Sharing On Technology Strategic Alliance’s Stability

As an emerging cooperation mode of modern enterprises, strategic alliance can effectively meet the requirements of enterprises’further development on the resource-limited market condition. Strategic alliance is a kind of virtual organization form between market and business. Its purpose is to obtain the resources, to promote the ability to adapt to the environment and to resist the market risk. As the enterprise is the organization which pursuits the maximum of economic benefits, the relationship among alliance members is not only a simple cooperative relationship, but inevitably a competitive cooperative relationship based on cooperation, thus definitely affecting the stability of alliances. With the further development of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important resource of enterprises in its growth process. The technology strategic alliance is the cooperation aiming to get the partner’s technical knowledge. Also knowledge sharing is bound to have an impact on the stability of technology alliance.This paper mainly teases out and summarizes the related theory of the knowledge sharing, the technology alliance and the alliance stability, analyzes the cooperative relationship by using the method of collaborative and evolutionary game theory, and puts forward the theoretical model and hypotheses by combining with the theory of knowledge sharing, and meanwhile constructs three dimensions of the impact of knowledge sharing on technology strategic alliance’s stability:the object properties, the subject properties and the situational characteristics of knowledge sharing. And analysis these three dimensions and constructs the analysis index. The author collects and processes the data needed for this argument through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire to local enterprises and makes the empirical test using SPSS22.0 statistical software. The experimental results show that:the knowledge sharing among alliance members have influences on the stability of technology alliance. And through the regression analysis of the impact of factors, proves which factors of knowledge sharing in index can promote the stability of the alliance and which factors violate the stability of alliance. Hopefully, the paper can provide references for the current knowledge sharing of the enterprise technology alliance.
