Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance Stability Analysis

The emergence of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is to integrate the innovation of the scattered resources and improve the efficiency of innovation. But the reality is that industrial technology innovation strategy alliance will always tend to low efficient, even disintegration, because of the unstable factors in the actual, such as profit distribution imbalance. At present, Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance in China is in the initial stage, the stability of the alliance has critical impact on its long-term development. Therefore, the study about the stability of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance has great theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly, the paper summarizes the related theories about the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance and carefully analysis the previous research results. On the basis of previous studies, this paper study and analysis of the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance from two aspects of static and dynamic. First of all, based on the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance of interests distribution as the starting point, this paper analysis the static stability of the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance. The reasonableness and fairness of the interests distribution of industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, directly affect the operating efficiency and persistence of alliance. By using the basic theory of cooperative game, this paper transforms distribution of interests of Alliance into Multiplayer Cooperative game. Further more, this paper allots of interests of members through using Shapley value of cooperative game model. Then this paper analysis the success and deficiency of Shapley value method in Alliance of distribution of interests. Finally, aimed at the insufficient, by introducing coefficient of risk control, this paper establishes alliance risk compensation mechanism, to modify Shapley value distribution model, get the alliance value allocation model based on risk compensation.Secondly, based on the symbiosis theory perspective, this paper analysis the dynamic stability of industrial technology innovation strategy alliance. Based on studying the symbiosis unit, symbiotic organization, the symbiotic environment of the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, this paper build the Logistic model of industry technological innovation strategic alliance, and divides the alliance symbiotic model into partial interest symbiosis mode, and symmetrical mutualism symbiosis mode, and then the paper discusses the stability of the alliance under these two different modes.Finally, this paper respectively from the perspective of both static and dynamic, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions about the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance to promote the stable and healthy development of industry technology innovation strategic alliance.
