With the full opening of Chinese banks, agricultural bank of China have to face up with unknown opportunities and challenges clearly, as well as continue achieving self-improvement, self-innovation and self improvement.As for the rationalization of the company’s human resources allocation, the construction of effective human resource allocation mechanism, the enhancement of level of human resource management and then the better efficiency of the whole enterprise.Taiyuan branch of agricultural bank of China urgently need to build reasonable promotion channel for junior staff, smooth employee flow and rational performance evaluation system so as to promote the staff to share the same core target and fate with the company simultaneously. Reform should be adopted in respect of personnel system to make human resource allocation rest with the market and the talents match the posts more scientificly and advancedly, and through the optimization of the performance evaluation system to make a reliable safeguard for human resource allocation. Besides,emphasis should also be put on the macro grasp of the total amount of human resources to lay a solid foundation for human resources management strengthening the supervision of promotion channels to improve the enthusiasm of the staff、enhancing the framework of performance evaluation system to maximize the value of human capital.How to realize the effective distribution of human resources of all branches of the Agricultural Bank of China in Taiyuan City to gain more advantages in the fierce market competition is the most urgent problem for the human resource managers.This paper raise the opinion that Taiyuan branch of the Agricultural Bank of China should reorganize the system of human resources allocation, recognize the risks and challenges, and keep problem oriented to take a long view based on the current to improve the human resource allocation system, and realize the modernization of the allocation of human resources.Compared with foreign Banks, state-owned commercial Banks were lag behind with ability as well as the attitude towards human resource management.It plays a key role for the state-owned commercial Banks to not only attract and absorb the talents,but also raise a ideal environment to make the best use of them. This article raised the countermeasures and suggestions for strenghthening the human resource management of the case bank on the basis of macro grasping the basic post match situation and the existing problems with the latest domestic and international relative theories.
