Human resources(HR),which are the most vital resources among the resources of the society,have a profound influence on the development of a company.Thus,plenty of scholars,successful men and famous enterprises attach great importance to them.When it comes to bank,which is a high-risk industry,because of its characters of capital intensive and technology intensive,the quality and value of HR become the significant approaches for it to mitigate risks.Increasingly,the essence of the competition among banks becomes the contention of the well-qualified human resources.Especially,the reasonable HR allocation,whose efficiency plays a significant role in the profitability of commercial banks,occupies an important position in building competitive advantage.Consequently,how to optimize the allocation of HR and improving the level of management becomes the important research field of the management of commercial banks.M bank,established in 2006,has been developing 12 years.And surprisingly,it has achieved excellent results in both the business development and risk management.Nevertheless,with the scale expansion of the institution and the competition of the market industry becoming white-hot,the problems in the management of M bank have emerged,particularly in HR allocation.And this problem may become the major obstacle in the future development of M bank.Accordingly,taking M bank as the object,this study is aimed at analyzing the status of its HR allocation and the problem it existing,which based on the concept connotation and correlation theory of HR allocation.We integrated literature review,qualitative and quantitative research and firm investigation,and finally put forward the scientific and efficient optimization strategy combining theory with practice.We hope the management of M bank will highlight the HR allocation after reading this article,contributing to the reformation of HR allocation in M bank,supporting the optimization of HR allocation,improving the efficiency of HR allocation and the professional level,in order to enhance its competence in the financial industry of this area.
