Research On The Smart City Construction Mode Of Langfang

Due to the backward of city management pattern and service model, rapid urbanization has been promoting economic and social development, as well as accompanying many inevitable problems. Many countries put forward Smart City construction to solve the above issues. After the development of city industrialization, electrification and informatization, city smartization trend brings the fourth revolutionary wave of city development, which has practical significance on the smart city construction mode study of middle and small cities in our country.In this thesis, the combined methods of theoretical and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis were used to analyze Smart Langfang construction mode. Firstly, the definition, application characteristics, implementation approaches and main problems of smart cities development at home and abroad were explored systematically, and the smart cities construction development in foreign countries and China was summed up. Secondly, the development environment and current informatization situation of Langfang city were analyzed and evaluated, the problems of Langfang Smart City construction were presented. Thirdly, based on the classification and the strengths-limitations analysis in the existing construction mode of smart cities at home and abroad, through the comparative analysis of four kinds of city model, the smart city characteristic index analysis model was established, and the general process and methods of smart city construction mode analysis was summarized. Finally, after the smart city characteristic index analysis model was applied as a method to analyze the characteristics of Langfang city, and Langfang economic and social development basic situation was given as a reference, Smart Langfang construction mode by four aspects of the city development stage, implementation path, application field and construction main body was explored. In addition, the results analyzed were approved to be reasonable and doable.The analysis process and methods of Smart City Construction Mode in this thesis can help the city planning department and policymaker to better judge the condition of local smart city construction, and more intuitive understanding of the local city development priorities and planning direction according to the smart city characteristic index analysis model, which provides more basis for the development and decision-making of smart cities.
