With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the first element of a modern enterprise management, the competition among enterprises increase intensely, competition among enterprises is no longer limited to products and services competition, but also with more talent competition. As the first resource, Human resources has become the most core competitive factor, the most important resource for social、economic development and technological progress, as the owner of intellectual capital, knowledge employees also become the core of human resource management, knowledge workers are increasingly subject to enterprise incentive management attention.As Peter Drucker said, the productivity of knowledge workers will be the greatest challenges of 21 st century, With the development of the productive forces, more and more high-tech enterprises face serious challenge for the knowledge workers management, knowledge workers are difficult to monitor,as his work character、the pursuit of work achievement and self-worth,knowledge enterprise incentive mechanism design theory has become a hot incentive issue. How to identify the needs of knowledge workers groups effectively, enabling them to make more contributions for the enterprise, has become a major business community issue.In this article, we select A corporation knowledge workers as the research subject, focusing on the knowledge workers incentives factor, incentive model and specific method.First, through checking the literature to understand the current mainstream theory of motivation, the characteristics of knowledge workers、related theories and knowledge-related methods of employee motivation; secondly, using questionnaire survey, design questionnaire and start the research,based on responses to understand the main problem of the company knowledge workers motivation,analyzing issues and classify further reason.Third, after repeated discussions to identify specific factors which will affect the motivation of knowledge workers. Then, combined with the concrete practice of A Corporation’s Representative Office in Turkey, as well as the characteristics and knowledge workers needs of A Corporation Turkey Representative Office,we put forward the knowledge-based employee-related incentive policy, from salaries and benefits, the personal development, work, organization atmosphere building to develop a specific proposal, so that knowledge workers can fully play their wisdom and creativity, while continuing to enhance the intelligence and innovation organizations. Based on these findings, we can effectively design knowledge workers incentive form of A corporation,providing a strong reference for enterprises to design and develop knowledge workers incentives. At the end of the article, we proposed improvements to optimize future direction.
