With advent of knowledge-based era, the value and importance of knowledge hasbeen agreed by the business community and academic circles. The knowledge-basedstaffs have played an important role. How to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity ofthe knowledge-based staffs is becoming the core proposition of enterprise management.Establishing a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for knowledge staffs toput them into a relaxed state of working and develop the maximum potential of them isthe managers’ urgent mission.With the investigation of incentive mechanism of Amazing System in this research,the shortcomings of the existing incentive mode and the problems were analyzed. Theincentive mode was improved for Amazing System based on the actual conditions of itusing the system theory from the perspective of improving incentive effectiveness. Themain contend of the research includes: firstly, related literatures of theory werediscussed, and research theory frame was built. Then by analyzing the existingconditions and current problems of the incentive mechanism of Amazing System, theprimary causes of them were analyzed. Next, the unit effectiveness, interpersonalrelationship, job satisfaction, and the incentive mechanism of the current situation wereanalyzed using the statistical results of organizational diagnosis system, and the existingincentive model of effect on the institute was found. Finally, two sets of design ofincentive mechanism were put forward, and according to the requirements of incentivemechanism, the index system for evaluating incentive mechanism system wasformulated, using the method of comprehensive evaluation.Research results showed that the incentive effect was affected by interpersonalrelationship, organization healthy and efficiency. In the design of incentive mechanism,the fairness of evaluation system and compensation system should be paid moreattention; the promotion system should also be included in the incentive mechanism. Inaddition, understanding the need of employee based on the differences in behavior is thebasement of motivation. Those items which are highly correlated with the incentiveeffect are real incentive factors. While those items with high degree of satisfaction, were oppositely not incentive effects obviously.
