If Commercial Banks want to Occupy a favorable position Under the fierce market competition,it must have High quality managers.The managers include senior managers,middle managers and low level managers.Middle managers local between senior managers and low level managers.It play the role linking the preceding and the following in the management. If Commercial Banks want to have sustainable development,technological innovation and a important location,it can’t do without professional middle managers.Training as a part of human resource management is the most important way to acquire professional middle managers.The neglecting of the training of middle managers is wrong and may do damage to the enterprises.The training is as important as the manage for middle managers.The modern motivation theories think that middle managers in the enterprise do not only work According to the instruction but also participate in enterprise decision-making.Middle managers want respect accept and value of self-realization. Therefore,the training of middle managers should be seen as effective incentives.Liaoning Postal Saving Bank has been established for a short time,the middle manager training seriously enough and the training system of middle managers is not perfect.Therefore,on the knowledge learned and the basis of the existing training of middle managers,it is important to improve the training management system,and have a reasonable use on the training resource,knowledge and information,establish an compatible training system of middle manager of Liaoning Postal Saving Bank.This thesis can be divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction and includes the background,significance, method and content of the study.The second part has introduced the survey of Liaoning Postal Savings Bank and systematically analyze four primary problems including neglecting the analysis of the training requirement,imperfection of the training plan,less pertinence of the curriculum design and unscientific of the training effect assessment.The third part is to solve the problems of the training system of middle managers,make sure the targeted basic principles and idea,scientifically design the training system of middle managers of Liaoning Postal Saving Bank from four segments including the the analysis of the training requirement,the design of the training plan,the curriculum design and the training effect assessment.The fourth part is to introduce the implement,circuitry and integrated ensuring measure of training plan,Through the detailedly explain of the thesis,it has interpreted the current situation and significance of the train of middle managers of the commercial banks,analyses the existing problems and reasons,and put forward corresponding solution.In the future,the training system of middle managers of commercial banks will take a heavy burden and embark on a long road and must do constant study and research.Today,the competition among the commercial banks is severe.If a bank want to occupy a favorable position,it must do well on the training of middle managers.
