In the 21st century today,society has entered the knowledge economy era,the development cannot leave the talents from all walks of life support,the development of the bank,the bank only to build a high quality talent team,to improve their own competitiveness,in a good position in the market,and training is an important way to improve staff quality.At present,major Banks need to solve the problem of how to improve the efficiency of staff training,so that employees play a greater role in the development of Banks.Middle managers are the backbone of the enterprise development,especially for the development of the bank,middle managers not only to participate in the development of bank's development strategy,is more closely related with bank performance system eventually formed,so enterprises need to constantly improve working ability of the middle managers,training as an important way to improve their work ability,more and more importance by enterprises.Taking zaozhuang China construction bank branch as the research object,to solve the problem of one layer of management personnel training to carry out the investigation and research,literature analysis,questionnaire survey method,in-depth analysis of the construction bank branch in zaozhuang middle management training system,sums up the branch in zaozhuang basic training of middle management status,and find out the disadvantages of them,deep analysis problem causes.The literature analysis method is based on relevant books,databases,newspapers,networks and other resources to sort out and collect relevant literature on the training of middle management personnel in zaozhuang branch of CCB,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of this paper.The method of questionnaire survey is mainly analyzed by means of written questionnaire survey to effectively obtain primary data resources.On the basis of learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the principles,ideas and methods of improving and perfecting the middle management training system of zaozhuang branch of CCB,and puts forward corresponding guarantee measures.This study has reference value for the improvement of middle management training system of zaozhuang branch of CCB,and also provides reference for other similar Banks.
