Nowadays,the market competition facing commercial banks is very large.To survive and thrive in fierce market competition,commercial banks must be equipped with a large number of high-quality managers.In the business activities of commercial banks,the role played by middle managers is crucial.An important part of human resource management in commercial banks is to effectively cultivate more professional middle managers.This article takes the postal bank of Liaoning Branch as the research object.It focuses on the short time of its establishment,the lack of attention to the training of middle managers,and the imperfect status of training work.Based on the training of middle managers,it uses project management theory and methods.Improve training management,optimize the allocation of training information,training knowledge,and training resources to establish a middle-level manager training system that is suitable for the Liaoning Postage.This thesis consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the research background,research content,research significance,and research methods of the paper;The second part of the related research theory overview;The third part introduces the whole situation of Liaoning Post Office and puts forward four important problems according to the current situation of middle management training.In the fourth part,the author designs and establishes the basic solutions to the problems in the middle management training process.In the fifth part,the guarantee measures of the implementation of the training program and corresponding ones are described.This article explains the current status and importance of the training of middle managers in commercial banks,analyzes the problems and causes presented,and proposes corresponding solutions.The Bank improved the business level and overall management capabilities of mid-level managers at all levels of the Bank and contributed to the further improvement of internal risk control,management and profitability of the Bank.
