The Research Of Emploment Of Landless Peasants In Chongchuan District Of Nantong City

Benefited by the advance of urbanization and the extensive form of economic development, enormous demands in consumptions and investments are driven. In addition, more job opportunities are generated. However, bonus from the urbanization development hasn’t maximize benefit the landless peasants. Moreover, difficulties in employment and without social security make the landless peasants to be as disadvantaged groups in modern cities.For the rapid development of the internet and information platform, contradiction cases caused by displacement and resettlement are often happened. In these cases, the landless peasants have become a main force role of the petitioner group. And they also have been a major concern in our society. The main problems are: outstanding employment contradiction, diseased social security, etc. If these problems are not solved, then social security issues of the landless peasants would be to deteriorate further, and finally evolved as a significant problem affecting social stability.In this thesis, the research objective is the landless peasants at the job age during the progress of Chongchuan district urbanization. By means of theoretical, comparative and case analysis, employment status and open questions of the landless peasants are studied. On this basis, the reason of forming the contradiction is analyzed. As a result of the research, specific feasible countermeasures are proposed. For promoting the solution to employment problem of the landless peasants, a theoretical reference is offered to the social security system benefiting the integration of urban and rural residents. Solution to this issue is the key to make the region social stability, economic sustainable development, prosperity and harmony of a city come true.
