| This paper mainly analyzes the theory of production order management, and the present situation of operation process management of production orders as a part of production management in manufacturing enterprises as well. It gives an insight into the mode of operation process application to XB Electrical Appliances(hereinafter “XB”), for purpose of effectively changing the mode of traditional enterprise management. It intends to utilize the leading management tools to integrate the mature advanced theory into the enterprise management scheme to optimize the operation process of the Enterprise and realize its further innovation of management mode. By this meaning, the competitiveness of XB products in both domestic and overseas market will be comprehensively enhanced.According to the current situation of operation process management of production orders in XB and the related management information collected in the past 5 years, this paper addresses some disadvantages and the causes of the disadvantages of above after a thorough analysis on the current situation and the historical management information. Moreover, this paper tracks and further categorizes the reality factors resulting in these causes, and eventually put forward solutions respectively to eliminate the disadvantages. The disadvantages concerning the operation process management of production orders in XB mainly exists in the following aspects: Firstly, to undertake the order of a single channel, domestic channel development and ODM products need to increase investment. Secondly, logistics supply chain is inflexible, unreliable. Thirdly, the advantage of product competitiveness is not obvious, the platform of product and spare parts standardization need to further integration. Fourth, because of information system construction lag behind, between each other the latest information can not be shared in time. Fifth, production process control is not strong.Further analysis to find out the its influencing factors, and these factors can be divided into three categories: First, the influence factors of related to people. Second, management tools related influencing factors, including injection molding, assembly equipment and the information management system. Third, and the system and process related factors. Put forward the corresponding solutions respectively for these three influence factors: First, strengthen the cultivation of staff quality and accomplishment, and improve performance incentive system. Second, establish and improve the order information management system, namely, to establish perfect factor assessment and high order review system, etc. Third, gradually innovation and transformation of the company’s operating mode, in which mainly OEM convert into the synchronous development of OEM and ODM. Gradually build its own brands, passive to active. Fourth, increase investment in automation equipment, to improve the coverage of automation, and then improve the efficiency. Fifth, increase product platform and fittings standard integration efforts, improve the market competitiveness of products.XB will be greatly improve in the operation process of the production orders, through the application of advanced management methods and management tools, After the completion of transition period, the company’s operating procedures will be reduced significantly, and the ability of quick response to the market and of aggregation of resources will be enhanced, the waste in production will be eliminated. Obvious improvement of production can be achieved with minor and low risk of investment. Moreover, we will also enhance the quality and capability of each staff by our better performance inspiration system, and the team will be of features of cooperation and cohesion, thus our enterprise will be naturally granted the competitiveness to market performance and innovation in the future. |
