Recently,there are more and more textile company in China is facing the pressure of labor shortage,increasing of tariffs on export goods and shorter delivery request from customers.These pressures require them to respond quickly about the marketing request,and to develop personalized and customized products to meet customer needs,in order to occupy the market demand and help them on sustainable development.At the same time,due to the increased expectations from customers about multiple products and the sales period is shorten,which requires the company to be able to respond quickly for the customer demand by using the resources re-allocation.In order to shorten the delivery time and achieve the quick response to the market,company must optimize and innovate the order management system,which as one of the important sources of competitive advantage.And the order flow optimization which is the key point of order information service process management plays an important role for the company development continuously.Based on the analysis report about the order flow management in YD Group,this article presents the problems of order information service process management.Build up two project team:one is system improvement project team and the other is value stream flow improvement project team.Bases on the finding out problems of order information service process management to optimize the process flow by using value stream flow theory,the quick response theory,and order information service management system.The main point carried out in this article includes following information:Sorted out and elaborated the basic concepts and theories of order information service process management optimization,elaborated the influencing factors and related basic principles theory in details,which including the production leadtime,quick response and supply chain value stream flow,which lay a theoretical foundation for the coming optimization implementation of order information service process management in YD Textile Group.Based on the analysis of the current situation for TH customer order information service process management in YD Textile Group,the implementation process of the existing process is elaborated in detail.Through questionnaire survey,it is pointed out that YD Textile Group existing order information service management process has some problems,such as system information can not be shared,information integration is low,auxiliary tools are not perfect,and system real-time is not strong.It points out the necessity to optimize the order information service process management,and points out the direction for the coming order information service process management optimization and implementation.Based on the quick response,lean production and supply chain value steam flow theory,this analyses the current and future value flow maps of TH customer order flow in YD Textile Group,puts forward specific system improvement schemes and process improvement strategies,and elaborates the optimization of order information service management system and internal supply by system improvement project team and value stream flow improvement project team.The article points out the importance of continuous improvement of supply chain value stream flow,expounds the performance appraisal system of supply chain centered on order flow.By comparing the order delivery performance,execution efficiency and customer satisfaction before and after the optimization of order information service process management in YD Textile Group,it is proved that the effect of the optimization of order information service process management is significant,and it is pointed out that the optimization of order information service process management is of great significance to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.With the implementation of the project,YD Textile Group's product delivery date has been significantly shortened,and the expected results have been achieved.
