The Implementation Of Aquatic Cold Chain Logistics Standardization In China

With the improvement of living standards, the degree of emphasis on the quality and safety of food also increased every year. Our production and consumption of perishable food products ranked first in the world and is increasing year after year; aquaculture is the most perishable food, which is an important part of the entire economy. At this stage the systematic implementation of aquatic products, logistics system development speed, and the study of aquatic cold chain logistics standardization system are unable to meet the urgent needs of the people for the quality and safety of aquatic products. The need to increase the aquatic cold chain logistics standardization of implementation is essential. How to regulate the aquatic cold chain logistics standards; improve the regulatory mechanism and the effective implementation of monitoring and coordinating the aquatic cold chain logistics among the related participants is the essential topic of this paper. From the aquatic cold chain logistics standardization concept, I first analyzed the current situation of China’s aquatic products chain logistics standardization system, future trends and problems, I proposed the necessary elements in aquatic products logistics standardization. Then conduct a comparative analysis on domestic and international aquatic cold logistics standardization system, compare the differences and similarities among Europe, America, and Japan. Then proposed the restriction factors and solutions of the implementation of the aquatic cold chain standard system, such as government’s will take the lead to develop guidelines and logistics standards policy, use game theory to improve the implementation of aquatic products logistics standardization, and ultimately accelerate the implementation of the aquatic products logistics standardization. Finally take Zhou Shan seafood chain logistics company as an example, analyze the logistics standardization implementation effects and factors, improve aquatic cold chain logistics profits, and ultimately improve the health of the whole society.In this paper, for the improvement of China’s aquatic products chain logistics framework is a good reference for promoting the implementation of logistics standardization.
