| Over the past thirty years, China’s communications industry has made great progress and development, the scale of communication manufacturing enterprises expanded every year, large enterprises such as HUAWEI technology and ZTE, have become the world’s leading communications manufacturing enterprises.Communications manufacturing enterprises have long said goodbye to the mode of production and sales, in order to provide communications operators and other customers, often use turnkey project, responsible for the installation, commissioning and delivery of the entire project, all kinds of large and small sales projects, project, project delivery, communication manufacturing companies are faced with every day. And often multiple projects are closely related to each other, each other, if the use of the traditional, independent single project management mode, will bring a lot of problems, has been difficult to meet the requirements.
