Itrealizes the perfect combination of NPI process and project management system, forms a systemic theory system of new project management. Finally, use the new product development examples to verify the experience and results of S company NPI, and summarized the key points for the implementation of the NPI system, in order to provide a reference for the company to implement the new product leading-in system. |
