The Countermeasures To Improve The Performance Audit Of Indemnificatory Housing Projects In Ningxia Wuzhong

Urban indemnificatory housing project is a livelihood project that The Central Committee of the Communist of China(CPC), the State Council and the people are very concerned about. From 2012 onwards, the Audit Office of The People’s Republic of China organized all levels of the national audit institutions to implement a tracking audit for protecting the indemnificatory housing projects every year, supervising the major livelihood projects smooth implementation and related policy measures implement. So this paper takes the tracking audit to the indemnificatory housing projects in Ningxia Wuzhong as the research object, put forward the countermeasures to improve the performance audit of indemnificatory housing projects in Ningxia Wuzhong through researching, have important practical significance for guiding the indemnificatory housing projects in Wuzhong in the future.This paper researches through literature method and case analysis method, checked a lot of files of performance audit and indemnificatory housing projects, introduced the general situation of the performance audit of the indemnificatory housing project; took the performance audit of indemnificatory housing projects in Wuzhong as a example, analysis the current situation; further analysised the achievement and existing problems of the audit, including the insufficient of audit organization form, the auditors’ are less and knowledge structure unbalanced, the audit results didn’t completely transformed, the performance is difficult to evaluate comprehensive and accurately; counter to the existing problems, put forward the countermeasures to improve the performance audit of indemnificatory housing projects in Wuzhong from optimizing the audit organization form, strengthen audit strength, increasing the transformation of audit results, improve and perfect the performance evaluation system of indemnificatory housing projects.
