The Automotive Aftermarket is the secondary market of the automotive industry. According to the mature market of America and Europe, it is about 60 percent profits of automobile industry chain getting from the Automotive Aftermarket. With the car parc extremely increase in China, together with the car age rising, it is going to be an explosive increase of the automotive aftermarket. Up to now, the number of the service stores is about 900,000. However, due to lacking of standardization, their quality of service can not to be guaranteed.The "Internet +" could not overturn the traditional industry in this field, but this running way as a huge driving power to improve technology, efficiency and organization reform, could help the real economy to stimulate new creation and productive forces. The integration of the "Internet+" and the automotive aftermarket could reshape the mode of services; it also could create a new ecosystem in automotive aftermarket. As a consumer, the Internet provides an open and transparent platform that could eliminates the information asymmetry of the traditional offline service mode, it also decreases the information acquisition cost and the consumer spending. What’s more, the implementation of evaluation system could ease the consumer’s concern about the quality of service, and also could improve service experience. As enterprises, the internet platform has the advantage of resources integration, could widen the marketing channels, which is beneficial for the creation of products and services and the profitability of enterprises. The evaluation and feedback online contribute to improve the quality of service, which creates a virtuous cycle. Besides, it is used for researching the consumer’s value-added demands by analyzing the big data on platform.The company A is a startup one of the "Internet+Automotive Repair and Maintenance Market". This thesis analyzes the macro development environment of China Automotive Aftermarket, the competitive environment of the "Internet+ Automotive Repair and Maintenance Market" industry and the development strategy of company A by using PEST, Porter five forces and SWOT analysis. Upon making the implementation tactics and guarantee measures by using these analyses, this thesis could find a suitable development mode which is applicable for Yunnan province and the company A from this various Internet business models. Most of all, I hope this research could be used for the development of the "Internet+Automotive Repair and Maintenance Market".
