The market of automotive repair and maintenance equipment industry is maturing in thepast decades years in China. Now it is the main focus of all industry in the world and there ishuge market profit. B company found in Shenzhen China1998owned by Germany BS Group.It`s main business is the trading of automotive repair and maintenance equipment. In thebeginning of company, B company focus on the import German equipment from Germany.Due to good quality, B company win the high level customers of China workshop rapidly. Scompany is a company same as B company owned by America S Group. S company is amain competitor in China. B company began to merge S company after BS Group merged SGroup automotive business. The key point of mergence is the integrating well.Before the two companies merged,the products of B Company are mainly high-endbrand-oriented, the products of S Company are mainly low-end brands. After the merger, theproducts of the new company will include the high-end, midrange and low-end in the Chinesemarket. BS original strategy is Bytes+Parts+Service, to create value, to share value, as anindustry leader." After the merger, B Company proposed a new strategy: to provide customerswith a unified, professional automotive testing and diagnosis products, technical information,special tools, maintenance equipment and services, to be the preferred supplier for thetechnical experts, dealers and repair shops, to satisfy the customers’ individual requirementswith innovative, leading-edge service solutions in the security and environmental conditions.The new corporate strategy is more attention to the customers’ needs and services, and striveto achieve one-stop service solutions to meet the customer’s individual requirements.After established the new strategy, how to implement the strategy to become one of thepriorities of the new company. Considering the actual situation, the integration strategyimplementation plan consists of three main parts of teams, businesses, customers. Around theintegration strategy plan, specific post-merger integration activities will commence threeaspects of corporate culture integration, integration of human resources, marketingintegration, and developed a series of corresponding detailed implementation measures.This paper will show the integration strategy of B company, conduct by companymanagement and company strategy course. This is an exploring of automotive repair and maintenance equipment industry integration, hope to be useful for other integration ofautomotive repair and maintenance equipment company.
