China’s packaging industry from a single low-end manufacturing to include high-end design and manufacturing to distribution and integration of diversified development and distribution stages. However, compared with developed countries, mature packaging industry, industry concentration remains low, mainly in small enterprises, enterprises are mainly product imitation, innovation ability, low level of sustainable development; innovation in the enterprise, performance evaluation system and other aspects of the developed countries are still many gaps.In this paper, according to China’s packaging industry enterprise management operation to a cosmetics packaging industry enterprises-TCLX company for the study, focused on the lack of innovation that exist in business management and other issues, and focus on the business environment in the case of changes, the existing performance evaluation system defects; then from the corporate reality, enterprise innovation as a benchmark, the use of the balanced scorecard, economic value added, such as performance indicators to build and improve a new performance evaluation system. Between corporate strategy and business goals, build a two-way operations management and evaluation system, and the implementation of new corporate performance evaluation system put forward specific proposals. |
