The Study On Cooperative Game Of Electricity Transmission Project Based On Stakeholders Perspective

Project and project management has got out of restrict of time and space, and been far beyond the organization limits in modern time. More and more project scan only be finished by the collaboration of different enterprises, and the trend of co-project is becoming evitable. For the project, the stakeholders hold the critical resources to the success of the project, their support to the project is the fundamental to achieve the goals of the project, so under this situation, it’s the key point for the success of the co-project whether we can establish an effective collaborating mechanism.The Electric Power industry is the fundamental and propelling industry of national economy, has done an immortal deed for our country’s electric power development and has been considerably and basically affecting the electric power industry. However, with the development of Chinese economy system and electric power system reform, enterprise financial becomes self-sufficiency, which brings unprecedented challenges for Transmission and Distribution enterprises’survival and development. Under the circumstances, how to survive and develop have become the urgent and the key research topic.Under the practical and theoretical background above, this article carries on study on cooperative game of electricity transmission project based on stakeholder perspective. And combing with case study, attempt to provide some theoretical and practical support about the stakeholders of cooperative game construction of electricity transmission project and cooperation of efficiency promotion.Firstly, this paper describes the background, content and methods of study. Secondly, it reviews and analyzes the relevant research articles on project stakeholders and cooperative game. Then we carry on the case study, summarize the main conclusions, and discuss the possible research directions in future.
