As an enduring internationalization topic, trade facibility means to simplify international trade regimes and procedure, in order to promote trade flow between countries. The World Trade Organization(WTO) always devotes itself to propel member states’ market liberalization and trade freedom, takes improving trade facibility as its significant work. Since the financial crisis broke out in 2008, all of the countries hope that international businenss can be enhanced to increase investment and revive economy. So every one focuses on pushing trade facibility level.Meanwhile, how to deepen the commerce cooperation and building efficient machanism becomes important task in academic community. This paper aims at researching the influence that trade facilitation made in agricultural products trade under the background of “One Belt One Road”.Firstly, based on trade data from 2001 to 2014, this paper analyzes agricultural exports scale along “silk road”, especially introduces Chinese export situation, the trade scale,develop trend, product structur, and so on.Secondly, selects 13 indexes during 2008-2013, normalizes all these data, builds trade facibility calculating system(trade facibility level, TFL), calculates countries’ TFL which belong to the Silk Road Economy Zone, and analyzes the qualitative influence that trade facilitation made to agricultural products commerce. The study indicates that trade facilitation level among “silk road” is unbalanced, those developed countries are in high level while Central Asia has weak facilitation, even hindering commerce growth.Thirdly, on the base of general gravity model, introduces explaining variables and dummy variables, structures new model for regression analyzing, empirically tests the influence trade facilitation made on agricultural commerce with the background of“One Belt One Road”(take China for example), analyzes the effect of factors made on trade flows, such as population scale, market opening degree, trade facibility,common border, economic organizations. According to the conclusion, it shows that parterner’s GDP, population size, market opening degree, economic organization are significant elements for China’s agricultural products trade.Lastly, this paper summarizes above results of these studies, indicates that China should carry out wider range of economic cooperation with partners, implement optimum measures, take apart into partner country’s infrastructure construction,enhance communication with government, business and academic circles, so that to improve all countrise’ trade facilitation level alone the “silk road”.
