Today, China has achieved steady development in economic, livelihood, national defense and comprehensive national strength, relying on the develop strategy, steadily develop at inland and expand in offshore. Which also makes Chinese economy development steps onto a new stage face new requests.Internationally, along with changes in the world economy, a new pattern of economic development of regional economic integration has formed, which exists in different forms, such as the European Union, the commonwealth,and regional cooperation is just unfolding. Coupled with the 2008 financial crisis, they all give a fatal blow to the global economy. The experience of EU regional cooperation also makes Asian countries began to consider the pattern of regional cooperation in Asia, hoping to establish a long-term effective mechanism of cooperation and common development and risk. TPP(Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement),which is proposed by the USA in the frame of Asia-Pacific strategy, has formed a economic siege to China in Asia, which also dilutes and restricts the development of China. In China, after thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s foreign trade development has gradually become one of the most robust Economic activity, with its size and growth rate increasing.Today, China has become the world’s largest trade economy. While, there are also many problems. China’s economic is in the stage of the growth rate of shift, the growing pains of structural adjustment, economic policies to stimulate the production of digestive superposition of three negative effects. At this state, the most important issues is to assist the transformation of China’s economic success by ensuring the steady growth of the economy on one hand and deepening the innovation on the other hand. In order to get ride of US restrictions on China’s economic development and to deepen the domestic economic restructuring, China puts forward a coping strategy of “One Belt And One Road” on the basis of the silk rold. By this strategy, most Asian countries, such as West Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, can not only consolidate their maritime interests but also find a new economic growth point from island. By the way of regional cooperation, it can deal with US TPP limits. Currently, the discussions about the strategy of “One Belt And One Road” mostly stay in the government level, which put forward the macro layout of “One Belt And One Road”. Countries involved majorly talk about the problems of cooperation and development direction of the industry and other issues. At the same time, academic researches are also subordinate to the government’s decision-making or planning. The researches are very little, which are about the feasibility of Economic cooperation strategy and problems and countermeasure in the process. This article focuses on the perspective of trade, analyzing the relationship between China and other countries involved in the “One Belt And One Road” strategy. Then, we hope to find and generalize the problems to be solved in the specific implementation process of this strategy, and put forward my own ideas.This paper is divided into six parts, the first three parts are the introduction、literature review and the detailed interpretation of " One Belt And One Road ". Starting from the fourth part, the paper collects the trade datas(from the Historical Statistics Yearbook) of 16 years(1998-2013) of China and the other major countries of " One Belt And One Road", then Statistics and analysis the history and current situation of economic and trade development between China and these countries, then discovers and summarize the problems that process to be solved in the specific implementation of " One Belt And One Road " strategy, and puts forward my own ideas.The paper makes mathematical statistical analysis from the view of economic trade coupled, that to provide theoretical support for strategy of regional economic and trade cooperation of " One Belt And One Road ", and looks forward to offer some help for the empirical analysis of " One Belt And One Road " in the future.
