Study On Agricultural Tourism Planning System Of Leading Industry Of County Based On Coupling Theory

County economy is the foundation of national economic development, which agricultural property determines the importance of agriculture economy. The paper introduced the coupling theory into planning industry in order to develop county economy.It integrated use of literature research, theoretical research, systems analysis, combining with empirical empirical case to study inherent coupling between agriculture and tourism, so that provide a theoretical basis for planning scientifically. First, the paper expands the research background by reading the relevant literature, including the county economic development, selection of leading industries and tourism agriculture.Then based on logical deduction, with the complex analysis method of LEPEST & SWOT to select agricultural leading industry. With coupling theory introducing into the planning, the paper also research the theory on coupled subsystems,namely the theory involved agricultural planning and development of the tourism industry. By this method, it builds a theoretical framework for planning. Based on theoretical framework, the paper selects the coupling elements. The two coupled subsystems namely agriculture and tourism coupled by homogeneous coupling key, which looks like a double helix structure. Agriculture and tourism are developing under the action of to homogeneous coupling key achieve the coupling function.Finally, the paper takes the example of e planning of peach cultural tourism in Siyang, Jiangsu. It plans series of peach planting base along the county’s main north-south trunk road, so that planting base and established the coupling relationship between traffic axis. The eight theme parks and ten spots which along the axis has coupling relationship with production base. Further more, the traffic axis makes the tour line with peach culture footprint, forming the soul of peach cultural tourism.The planning use peach planting base and the main county’s north-south traffic arteries as homogeneous coupling keys, arranged eight theme parks and ten spots along the axis. The axis is full of peach cultural connotation, which is also the axis of the soul in travel planning. The new coupled system structure is formed the sequence space as ten theme parks and eight spots,which are filled with a rich cultural connotation. The new coupled system can promote the development of tourism peach and peach production,as well as to achieve the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits, promoting the economic development of Siyang county comprehensively.
