Since the reform and opening up, manufacturing began to shift from developed countries to China. With the development of economic,the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly in China, in addition to a special path of reform and opening up, manufacturing in the gather between regions is very obvious, but like labor, capital and other factors of production in manufacturing What is the impact of the gathering, the relationship between each other how? Manufacturing industry profits will vary cost of production factors and changes, which in turn will gather extent of the impact the industry? If repeated construction among regions, gathering what extent influence? How to regional and industry can achieve a modest gathering? These are urgent questions for further research.China’s manufacturing industry is very uneven development between regions and sectors, the paper first industrial concentration and agglomeration theory moderation to sort out. Then the manufacturing sector in our analysis, the results showed that the manufacturing sector in our country has been in a deeper level of agglomeration state. Research paper manufacturing are two angles from regions and industries. The results show that the industry is still gathering degree deepening, and uneven development between regions, the degree of agglomeration overall trend proliferation. From a regional perspective, the eastern coastal city of manufacturing began to shift, mainly to the periphery of the Midwest.
