Banking is an important part of our financial system, good or bad a direct impact on the health of the banking sector to stabilize our financial markets, China’s economic development also has an important impact. Non-performing assets as the inevitable outcome of the development process of the bank, expanding its size to the Chinese banking industry has brought great risks. Especially with China’s economic growth down, the case of all walks of life funds tight, the NPL ratio of the banking sector continue to rise, whether it is state-owned banks, joint-stock commercial banks, or city commercial banks are facing tremendous pressure. According to the latest data from China Banking Regulatory Commission disclosed that as of the end of the fourth quarter of 2014, China’s commercial banks non-performing loans reached 842.6 billion yuan, an increase of 10 for three consecutive quarters; non-performing loan ratio was 1.25%, also hit a new high of nearly four years. And continuously improve the banking sector’s NPL ratio continued development not only hinder the bank itself, affect the stability of the financial sector, but also seriously affect the rational allocation of social resources, will contribute to the enterprise culture of bad management and then harm the construction of social credit system.From the overall status of non-performing assets of China’s commercial banks, firstly analyzes the current status of China’s commercial banks non-performing assets, considered China’s commercial banks non-performing assets of the main reasons to produce the following aspects: excessive government intervention, banks internal mere formality, Related legislation is not perfect, the lack of social credit and other aspects. Subsequently, the city commercial bank paper HR banks, for example, a comprehensive summary of the status of non-performing assets of HR banks, in-depth analysis of the asset disposal process exists HR bad bank issues, there is a problem that the HR banks in nonperforming assets disposal: the existence of the loan before the audit is not standardized, single disposal method, internal management mechanism is not perfect and professional talent shortage and other issues.
