Research On The Integration Of Small-scale Farmers Into Modern Agriculture In Four Typical Provinces Of China

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic arrangement made at the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,which calls for "the organic connection between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture".In the first document of the central committee for eight years,it was proposed to"take targeted measures to introduce small-scale peasant production into the development track of modern agriculture",including cultivating various specialized market-oriented service organizations,giving play to the driving role of new agricultural operators,and developing diversified cooperation and cooperation.Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,promoting the integration of small peasant households into the process of modern agriculture and introducing the production of small peasant households into the development track of modern agriculture are both major theoretical innovations and practical requirements.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the overall analysis of the integration of small farmers into modern agriculture in the four provinces shows that half of small farmers in the four provinces are integrated into modern agriculture,with 52.07%participating in the cooperation.The cooperation objects are mainly farmers cooperatives,and the overall cooperation satisfaction is high.The overall leading role of all types of new agricultural business entities is not very full;After the cooperation,the economic benefits are remarkable.After the cooperation,about 80%of the small farmers and the new agricultural operation subjects have achieved a growth rate of over 10%,and the average annual crop income of each household is more than 10,000 yuan higher than that of the small farmers who did not participate in the cooperation.(2)the differentiation analysis of the integration of small farmers into modern agriculture across provinces shows that the integration proportion of small farmers in sichuan province is the highest,but the integration of small farmers in fujian province as a whole is relatively good,which is reflected in that the new agricultural operation subject in fujian province plays a full role in driving the development,and the cooperation is highly satisfactory,and the cooperation economic benefits are significant.Dissatisfied small farmers are mainly concentrated in sichuan and shaanxi.(3)factor analysis was used to conduct a differentiation analysis on the integration of small farmers in each village into modern agriculture,and the overall integration of macheng village in hubei province was the best through the comprehensive score ranking,with the top village accounting for 70%in fujian province.(4)the multiple regression study on the factors influencing the satisfaction of small farmers in each village with the new type of agricultural operation subjects shows that the main factors influencing the satisfaction of small farmers in each village with the new type of agricultural operation subjects are the operation scale and integration degree of small farmers in each village.In a word,through this investigation,the current situation of small farmers’ integration into modern agriculture in mountainous and hilly areas in China is understood.Problems existing in the process of small farmers’integration into modern agriculture are discovered and corresponding Suggestions are put forward.It is of great practical significance to further promote agricultural modernization,promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,and build new countryside.
