Analysis Of Influential Factors Of University Graduate Village Officials’ Entrepreneurship

Implement of the university graduate village officials’ program is a system to promote rural development and help to solve the problem of employment of college students in China. The university graduate village officials’ program has achieved remarkable results in recent years with the support of the government. However, because the university graduate village officials’ term is generally three years, so a large number of village officials have to find a new job after this period. In order to solve the problem, the government suggested that there would be five ways to help solve the problems of finding new jobs. So these offices can make their choice such as keeping the village office work, participating in the examination of civil servants, entrepreneurship, finding new jobs and going for further study. Entrepreneurship is regard as an important way.Based on the above background, the paper interviewed 450 serving university graduate village officials about their current situation of entrepreneurship and their wishes. The results of the analysis showed that there were 79 village officials who are entrepreneurial. The most important factors which limited entrepreneurship included lacking of funds and marketing channels. At the same time, the regression results showed that the knowledge of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial attitude and social environment will positively affect the entrepreneurial intention of university graduate village officials. Finally, the paper put forward some suggestions.
