A Research Of Influencing Factors About University Students' Entrepreneurial Intention In Shanghai

Modern entrepreneurial spirit—"The Venture of University Students " set off a boom gradually in 1999 as development of China's reform and opening up for 20 years, with the immersion of economic globalization. A new entrepreneurial spirit was set up in the motherland at the first time. Entrepreneurial activity has become a part of the world development and of great importance in China's economic development. Many well-known companies were successful which had been started by the students such as Dell, Microsoft, Google and so on. During the existing entrepreneurship research, most researchers had focused on obtaining resources successful and their value creation aspects, there are few university students researched the influence which was started from entrepreneurial intention into action, in particular for empirical analysis of a particular area.In this study, the writer used the research methods of literature analysis, case interviews and survey, and integrated other major scientific methods. It's a combination of theoretical models related to previous studies and explored the influence of the factors about entrepreneurial intention in Shanghai. The study shows theoretical models (including personal characteristics, entrepreneurial attitude and three aspects of entrepreneurial subjective norm), which tries to reveal the advantages and differences of the students and the general business community in entrepreneurship.It is immeasurable significance for students to start the process for the promotion of employment and thus alleviate the difficult situation with students.
