The Cluster Development Of Modern Service Industry In Liaoning

With the development of economy and the cluster development of modern service industry, the northeast area revitalization plan and the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning depend on the improvement of its modern service industry.But the cluster development is the mainstream not only in developed countries but also domestic developed areas.Therefore, to speed up the process of modern service industry cluster in Liaoning has a certain significance in promoting the development of clustering situation which should be guided reasonably.This paper takes the cluster development of Liaoning modern service industry as the research object, and uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. First of all, this paper studies on the theories with reference to results at home and abroad. Secondly, it discusses connotation and the present situation, and puts forward a series of problems after the comprehensive analyses. Thirdly, it selects 14 areas in Liaoning province about ten years of data during 2004 to 2013.It takes factor analysis, concentration factor and hierarchical analysis for further comprehensive evaluation from the cluster perspective. Analysis shows that:(1) the development of modern service industry cluster in Liaoning is not obvious.(2) there is a great gap among the 14 regions.(3) the cluster development of modern service industry requires a more comprehensive economic strength. Fourthly, this paper respectively takes measures in the government and market coordinated function, strengthens infrastructure construction, etc. At last, it gives some constructive suggestions whichare used to solve the further problems in industry structure and regional structure,hoping these measures can promote the overall development of modern service industry in Liaoning.
