Research On The Development Mode Of China's Modern Service Industry From The Views Of Industry Cluster

Along with the adjustment of the industry structure, the proportion of service industry in the national economy production value and in accepting the employed population is augmented increasingly which has made the service industry as an absolutely leading industry in the national economy. The service industry developed recurring to the high technology like electronic information or modern operating mode and organizing form,namely modern service, has become one of the absolutely necessarily industries in the knowledge economy times. From 1970s and 1980s,along with stepping up of the central commerce district function structure of cosmopolis, congregative development of modern service industry has become a worldwide fashion. As a new engine of the economy in crease,modern service industry is becoming more and more important in impulsing local social economy,in changing industry structure and in creasing the proportion of"green GDP". At present, the production value of service industry is more than 60% of the world's GDP. The service trade has accounted for 1/4 of the total world's trade. The service consumption is about 1/2 of the whole consumption. What is more, congregative development of service industry is leading the development of the cosmopolis'central commerce district,determining the prosperity of the city economy and the city's international competition ability .The developed regions in and abroad all attach a great importance on the development of their modern service industry,those are who put the modern service industry in one of the very important strategic positions by adapting positive and effective steps, establishing corresponding policies,adjusting the industry structures.This thesis analyzes the concept, the characteristic and the significance of the development of the modern service industry cluster based on the theory of industry cluster. By the case studies of New York, London, Bangalore in the development of the modern service industry cluster, as well as the introduction of three representative clusters of modern service industry in Shanghai, combined with China's national conditions, in order to sum the cluster development mode of modern service industry in China; Finally, taking into account the problems existed during the development of the modern service industry cluster, this thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
