Quality Management Research Of Jiangxi Telecom Resource Management System Project

In the environment of increasing homogeneous competition of operators,Jiangxi Telecom t ransforms the idea,from the simple price competition to elaborate management,establishes a cus tomer-focused service system,and accelerates the information construction of enterprises, etc.It will improve the soft power of the enterprise,to open a different development path. Under this b ackground,the enterprise informatization level directly determines the strength of the enterprise’s core competitiveness,and will decide the enterprise’s development speed for a long time.Integr ated resource management system is the core of the telecom IT systems,and carries the responsi bility of enterprise to support the business strategic transformation.The construction of the proje ct involves the comprehensive transformation of existing production processes of the enterprise,the data inventory of the vast amounts of resources,and its complexity is very high. IT projects management of Jiangxi Telecom is still extensive,depending mostly on the former projects man agement,and it lacks professional levels,unable to guarantee quality control and progress.Theref ore,it is quite necessary to research on problems in the management of project quality.This paper illustrates the management characteristics and currentstatus of IT system project in the telecom industry,introduced chiefly management problems of project quality in Jiangxi T elecom resource management system,mainly including the unclear quality objectives,the unreas onable organizational structure,the meticulous division of work,incomplete quality control,inad equate quality assurance activities,etc.To improve the current status,Jiangxi Telecom adopts ma ture knowledge and ideas of project management.In the aspect of quality planning,we should pu t forward clear quality targets,from the perspective of the business,operations,IT,with set up the full-time quality control and quality assurance personnel,divide work to each post and individua ls,and determine the specific strategy to guide and ensure the effectiveness of quality control.In the aspect of quality control,we should ensure quality control points of every specific work,che ck and feedback work output by the specific persons.In the aspects of quality assurance,we sho uld take the responsibility,have comprehensive judgment based on facts and objectives,ensure t he standard in the process of the planning and quality control and the rationality of the audit res ults,and at the same time, improve the working efficiency by making full use of relative technol ogy and the old or new relative tools and methods.On this basis,we should grope and establish aset of quality control methods and specific work instruction of large-scale IT projects in accord ance with the practice of Jiangxi Telecom,to gradually raise quality consciousness and working level of the whole enterprise.In addition,the paper also introduces the development of project quality management and relate d theories, and the direction of future research was prospected.
