So the farmers land circulation, the analysis about the influence factors of willingness, and reform the existing system for rural homestead management, promotes the circulation of housing land use right is to balance urban and rural development, the emphasis and difficulty in the construction of a harmonious society.Farmers as the actual users of land, because of the housing land use right transfer is based on the estallishment of for the principle, so find it is necessary to influence their conversion factors of housing land use right.Papers to the construction of urban and rural unified land market as the background, the selected person farmers housing land use right as the research object, first of all, the land circulation related theories are analyzed and expounded, as the article studies the theoretical basis; Second in Junlian area as the research sample, according to the survey results of 165 farmers, and the characteristics of farm households in the studied area and land use of descriptive statistics and analysis in this paper, the reality basis of formation, establish a logistic regression model analysis of peasant household land circulation intend again and influencing factors, finally to speed up the urban and rural development as a whole, promote the land circulation work smoothly, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions according to the results of the model of regression.
