| The sustainable use of cultivated land resource is an important part of the sustainable use of land resources, the effective utilization of cultivated land plays an important guiding significance.Study on the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Zhongliangzhen, for the objective understanding of Zhongliangzhen land utilization and land use status, to forecast the trend of its development, and effectively tap the potential use of the cultivated land resources, implementing the strategy of sustainable development is of great significance. This article through a variety of research methods of literature study, field investigation and comprehensive analysis method, based on sustainable use of land resources connotation and learn from their predecessors existing sustainable land use studies, a comprehensive analysis of the judgment in the Zhongliangzhen status of the sustainable use of arable land resources, identify the problem, and gives countermeasures and suggestions.(1) Analysis of the current situation of cultivated land resources utilization in Zhongliangzhen.In fact, using the statistical data of 2012 estimates, land of Zhongliagnzhen with a low diversity index was 0.498; multiple cropping index is 154%, slightly lower; agricultural land utilization rate of 64%, higher; land reclamation rate of 41.49%, higher. In general, Zhongliangzhen land utilization efficiency is low, use is more extensive, affecting the coordinated development of the local economy, society and environment to a certain extent; the intensive utilization of cultivated land resources is not high, agricultural planting structure is simple; land reserve resources is poor, balance of arable land is difficult.(2) Analyzes the problems existing in the utilization of cultivated land resources in Zhongliangzhen. Poor agricultural base, sloping land and more, cultivated land poor natural conditions, Weak agricultural base, very low level of agricultural mechanization;Water is difficult to break through the bottleneck, Zhongliangzhen is development area of Karst landform, water holding capacity, water leakage is serious, the water used for agricultural production is highly dependent on the water conservancy project, construction and agricultural water conservancy facilities production demand do not match. Single plant structure, Zhongliangzhen agricultural planting of economic crops, the main crops are corn and sweet potato, economic crops to vegetables, planting structure is very simple.Geological hazards, Zhongliangzhen is located in mountainous areas, land slope, geological disaster prone areas, geological disasters on the cultivated land resource destruction is very obvious, and most do not have to repair.(3) Analyzed the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Zhongliang by SWOT. Strength:Zhongliangzhen belongs to the suburban towns, located in the urban area within the Second Ring Road, the use of land resources potential, enhance the value of a large space, has a location advantage, resource advantage and policy advantage. Weakness:basic conditions be congenitally deficient, the policies bottleneck is hard to break, lack of planning guidance, contradiction between people and land, frequent natural disasters.Opportunities:the special position of urban,Urban policy adjustments, the land resources informationization and the comprehensive improvement of land bring opportunity. Threats:the threat of location and disorderly development, land use transition and the traditional use of contradictions threat.(4) And puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable utilization of arable land resources in Zhongliangzhen.There are six aspects:one is to strengthen the planning guidance and policy guidance,op-down planning and adjustment; strengthen policy guidance, improve agricultural infrastructure, so that farmers get more income,to enhance farmers’planting intention, enhance agricultural project developers confidence. The two is to carry out the comprehensive improvement of land, to ensure that the total amount of cultivated land is not reduced, quality is not reduced. The three is to the intensive utilization of cultivated land, increase the intensity of cultivated land resource use, suit one’s measures to improve the planting structure. Four is to accelerate the process of agricultural industrialization, Accelerate the decentralized agricultural projects turn to the transformation of agricultural industrialization, To Reflect the benefit of agricultural industry cluster. Five is to improve agricultural infrastructure, accelerate agricultural infrastructure construction, improve agricultural infrastructure, improve the agricultural science and technology and the informationization level.
