A Study On Cultivated Land Resource Sustainabel Utilization In Xingping Region

At present, the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource is an inevitable and rational choice under the condition that the man-land relationship becomes increasingly terrible. Under the condition of economy which grow highly, the land resource of Xingping region containing exploitation, utilization and protection faced the huge challenge. In order to avoid the enlargement of conflict between human beings and land resource, to protect the cultivated land and increase the efficiency of utilization of land, to guarantee the cultivated land resource sustainable use, to enable the economy of this region constantly developing. This thesis is from the view of man-land relations and regional systems, according to the principle of the combination of the theory and practice, choose the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. First, it analyzed the situation of sustainable utilization and the problems around Xingping region, discussed the driving mechanism of cultivated land use change; second, constructed the Estimated-system of sustainable utilization about cultivated land resource in Xingping region with a briefly content; at last, offered the way of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource. This thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter one, the preface. This part mainly stated the background of the thesis, the object of the research and purpose, contented the overseas and civil headway about the conceptions of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource, theories, principles, Estimated-system and method. In the end, this part accounted for the ways of thinking, the main content of research, creativity about this thesis.Chapter two, the correlation theories of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource. This chapter defined and elaborated the related basic concept and system of cultivated land resource. Analyzed the basic theory and view point of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource from the ecology, the economy and the sociology. Meanwhile, explained the relations between the ecology-economy principles and the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.Chapter three, basic situation of land resource use in Xingping region. This chapter analyzed the basic situation of the ecology, the economy, social environment of land resource use in Xingping region. Discussed the situation of development and land resource use in this area, and the problem which exist in the cultivated land use.Chapter four, the analysis of the driving mechanism model in the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource. First, this chapter analyzed the theory of the driving mechanism model; second, determined the goal of model and supposed the conditions; third, chose and described the driving factors which affect the use of the cultivated land, established the cultivated land change driving model of Xingping region; finally, analyzed and discussed the results.Chapter five, the estimation of cultivated land resource sustainable use in Xingping region. This chapter gave a theoretical analyzed to the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource in Xingping region; and then, determined the evaluation content of cultivated land and the principle of constructed the index system, construct the evaluation index system of Xingping region; at last, analyzed and summarized the results of evaluation.Chapter six, achieved the measure of the cultivated land resource sustainable use. First, analyzed the basic principle of cultivated land sustainable use in Xingping region, on the base of this, proposed the strategic measure of cultivated land sustainable use in Xingping region, from five points: control the population, strengthen the goal of land use plan and the whole economic development, strengthen the ecological protection of cultivated land, cultivated land management and policy, strengthen the county plan and land management.
