With the coming of intelligent economy, fierce competition and strengthen of human resources and development among companies, the function and status of company's training work seems more and more obvious with implementing the strategy of human oriented and talents thriving company vigorously, the qualitative managements of staff training becomes an crucial part. through positive company's training work, the company's advantage would definitely lies in those matters such as improving professional knowledge, skills, working efficiency of staff, which is fundamental support for realizing company's target, it would be inevitable choice for company to join the competition of intelligent economy.This paper sets evaluation of the degree of satisfaction among Qinghai oilfield as example, with basic theory of training, methods, theory of the degree of satisfaction, training evaluation of theoretical methods and working practices of training teaches in Qinghai oilfields training center, it designs staff's evaluation questionnaire of the degree of satisfaction, combining focused groups and questionnaire survey, it gains evaluation date by questionnaire survey, after date processing, it analyzes staff's evaluations to the degree of satisfaction, value of learning and loyalty. Finally it points out the problems and deficiencies in Qinghai oilfields training center, meanwhile it rises suggestions to improve training works.Aiming of practical needs of training work for Qinghai oilfields'staff, with the trend of company's further development, to meet the needs of company's further development, Qinghai oilfields training center should enhance training work in terms of efficiency, aim and effectiveness by strengthening quality and developing potentiality of staff, so as to maintain eternal youth source by providing company with talents for Qinghai oilfields'sustainable development.
