The Research Of Landless Peasants Diversified Rights And Interests Safeguard Mechanism

With the rapid development of economy in our country, urban and rural dualistic contradiction protruding, a surge in demand of urban land use in urbanization, cities and towns around the survival and development of land-lost farmers face problem increasingly prominent. The purpose of this study was based on the present situation of land-lost farmers’ rights and interests of zhengdong new district carding analysis, providing the basis for the rights and interests of land-lost farmers diversified security. Research was to understand the meaning of zhengdong new district land-lost farmers’ rights and interests of the guarantee of the status quo, and to evaluate the security rights and interests of the existing analysis, to find the damaged rights and lack of reason, and to put forward solutions. The methods in this paper mainly analyse questionnaire survey in combination with theory and empirical methodThe conclusion of this paper is that:(A) Respondents area farmers city land expropriation compensation standard relative advantages, at a higher level, most of the rights and interests of farmers support, especially in economic and social class support is relatively satisfied. (B) Land-lost farmers rights and interests of the damaged which mainly in political rights, the main reason for the land-lost farmers culture degree is not high. Supervision over the use and distribution of the land compensation fees enforcement is weak. After the land resettlement way is relatively single, the social security of the farmers is relatively perfect. (C) Safeguard the rights and interests of land-lost farmers was not only a work of the government, making full use of social and community resources, but farmers is the main body. (D) To perfect the land value-added income distribution mechanism, and to long-term development of the farmer.Through investigation and study, combining with domestic and foreign relevant guarantee theory system, this paper build a more subject to participate in the rights and interests safeguard mechanism, striving for land-lost farmers gets reasonable long-term security.
