Development of new oil field associated gas chemical industry can help to alleviat e the shortage of shortage of oil resources, meet the increasing market demands, acco rd with national energy security policy. Develop alternative oil production of chemical products is an important part of our country’s energy policy, is also an important meas ure to ensure our energy and national security. Extend the oil group intends to rely on the local rich, high-quality oil gas resources, the use of modern new technology, with oil as a raw material for making acetylene gas, production of 1, 4- butylene glycol, and other products, polytetrahydrofuran tail gas to produce ethylene glycol, can effecti vely alleviate the local dependence of oil resources, realize the comprehensive utilizatio n of resources, and the economic investment and operation cost is low, but also to cl ean energy production and energy supply security for a long time, it is of great strate gic significance and realistic significance.In this paper, according to the basic control of project management in financial e valuation indicators, from the aspects such as internal rate of return, payback period, a nd sensitivity analysis affecting the project several aspects carries on the analysis of th e future benefits. In complete market survey and prediction, land scale, resource optimi zation, technical scheme comparison, investment estimation and financing etc., on the basis of feasibility analysis, the proposed project plan to speculate the basis of input and output data, estimation, using the combination of quantitative and qualitative ana lysis, a comprehensive evaluation to recommend the best investment plan, provide the basis for scientific decision-making.
