Study On The Integrity Evaluation System Of Registered Cost Engineer

In the process of rapid development of construction industry in China, the integrity of the market main body gradually highlights, become the construction industry need to solve the problem. With the integrity of the building industry, this paper takes the registered cost engineer as the research object, taking the practice process as the main entry point in the life cycle of the construction project:(1) Define the meaning of the integrity of the registered cost engineer, and explain the function of the registered cost engineer in various stages of the engineering project and carry out the credit analysis, from the external and the self of the cause of the integrity of the registered cost engineer.(2) By consulting documents, consulting experts, and design of the questionnaire,the construction of registered cost engineers integrity evaluation index system,including the registered integrity, feasibility study stage of the practice integrity, design phase of the practice of integrity, bidding stage, construction stage of integrity, record information, commercial integrity of 8 primary indicators and 33 secondary indicators.The results of questionnaire survey, reliability analysis and factor analysis were used to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.(3) Using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the weights of the indexes, the optimal value of each index is selected as the reference sequence, and the evaluation model of the integrity of the registered cost engineer is constructed based on the gray correlation analysis.(4) The rationality and feasibility of the model is verified through empirical analysis. Based on the evaluation index system and the empirical analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the operational mechanism of the integrity of the registered cost engineer.
