Knowledge-intensive Innovation Alliance Mechanism Of Knowledge Sharing Among Heterogeneous Organizations

Since the human beings enter the era of knowledge economy,knowledge gradually replaces other material,such as labor,natural resources,and becomes the core element of economic society,innovation also becomes the key to organizations survival,and knowledge and innovation become era mainstream.Knowledge-intensiveOrganizations,such as knowledge-intensive enterprise,higher-learning institute ons, research and development institutions,have knowledge leading,high density of innovation and high value-added and increasingly highlight their prospective,drive and leading in the modern economic society.But changeable market environment and cruel organization competition challenge the innovation ability of single knowledge-intensive organization,and limit the enthusiasm and feasibility of organization independent innovation.Traditional independent and closed innovation model has not been able to adapt to rapidly changing market demand and increased organization competition.In order to achieve obvious and differential interest and then larger survival and development space,the knowledge-intensive organizations step over organizational boundaries one after another,seek and integrate the external quality complementary knowledge source,and increasingly become their dominant innovation model.Modern innovation increasingly emphasizes collaborative interaction among heterogeneous knowledge bodies,and thus it is very important to close to the external knowledge bodies for the knowledge-intensive organization innovation,including knowledge innovation,product innovation and service inn ovation.Innovation alliance has gotten more and more attention of related scholars and government acting as effective field of heterogeneous organizations interaction and innovation.Knowledge-intensive innovation alliance can provide good communication and interaction platform for knowledge-intensive organizations with high degree of knowledge and innovation to realize knowledge sharing and collaborate innovation.Knowledge sharing among the heterogeneous knowledge-intensive organizations knowledge interaction process among different knowledge bodies,guided by interests,with knowledge as the link and for the purpose of innovation,and all organizations participating in knowledge sharing are dependent and equal.Knowledge sharing among heterogeneous organizations can generate knowledge complementary effect and scale effect,running through an supporting the whole process of collaborative innovation,and its efficiency directly affects the performance of collaborative innovation.In our country,existing knowledge-intensive innovation alliances inefficient,in the final analysis,which is mainly because the knowledge sharing among heterogeneous organizations is invalid.Knowledge sharing mechanism,as one of the main and important heterogeneous organizations interactive mechanisms,has become the deep reason to decide innovation ability and competition advantage of each participation main body in the innovation alliance,and the fundamental force of deciding collaborative innovation is success or failure and whether innovation alliance can realize smooth development.Therefore,it is an important theoretical value and practical significance to deeply and systematically study the knowledge sharing mechanism among heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge-intensive innovation alliance.The knowledge sharing mechanism among heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge-intensive innovation alliance is a complex and dynamic interaction method or process of multiple knowledge subjects.Based on the complexity and dynamic research perspective,firstly,this paper analyzes in detail the knowledge-intensive innovation main bodies in the innovation alliance,such as knowledge-intensive enterprises,universities and research institutions,as the basic elements in the innovation system,it is necessary to have a clear understanding,and on this basis,making in-depth exploration into the characteristics of inter-organizational knowledge sharing.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of knowledge sharing main body factors and characteristics in the knowledge-intensive innovation alliance,this paper make in-depth research into the internal complex structure of inter-organizational knowledge sharing mechanism in the knowledge-intensive innovation alliance.thirdly, based on the bounded rationality of participation organizations and the asymmetry of knowledge sharing,this paper uses the method of dynamic game to build dynamic evolution game model of knowledge sharing between heterogeneous organizations and analyze the influence factors of knowledge sharing system evolution path then stable equilibrium.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis of internal structure and dynamic evolution of inter-organizational knowledge sharing mechanism in the knowledge-intensive innovation alliance,combined with existing knowledge-intensive innovation alliances widespread the following actual problems,such as the weak inter-organizational knowledge sharing and the noneffective collaborative innovation in our county,this paper puts forward targeted strategies respectively from the following main points,namely interest distri bution,knowledge sharing platform and risk prevention and control.
