| How to guide under the “squeezed” red jujube industry from resources to innovative technology, in the whole industry chain perspective,farmers to reduce costs,solved the problem of efficiency of the farmers increase production, is an urgent problem in the economic development of Xinjiang production and construction corps. Xinjiang production and construction corps is the main production areas, the red jujube use innovative technology to optimize the allocation of resources of red jujube industry at the same time protect the ecology and improve people’s livelihood of strategic significance.In this paper, through literature, statistics and survey data to macro analysis of red jujube industry development, found the red jujube industry in a dominant position in the world scope, the Xinjiang red jujube has broad market prospects, but productivity is the contradiction between strong and weak demand make a red jujube production and marketing have to find new breakthrough.This paper uses the questionnaire survey and interviews, research Xinjiang production and construction corps jujube producing before, during or after production. Useing of Xinjiang production and construction corps 150 red jujube growers and red jujube processing plants in 2010-2014 five consecutive years of tracking survey data, using descriptive statistic methods to analyze different scales of red jujube varieties, Xinjiang production and construction corps, the dynamic changes of the input and output and technology adopted, using random effects production function is calculated under the different size of red jujube production technical efficiency, combined with model from family endowment, the respect such as mode of operation, science and technology of cognitive analysis of the influence factors of peasant household. The study found that:(1) labor and fertilizer corps of first and second inputs, respectively, with the growing scale, labor per acre investment proportion are declined, fertilizer the highest average annual growth rate in the various inputs.(2)Different scale and technology efficiency showed a trend of "inverted U", with medium scale(15 mu- 30 mu) farmers’ technical efficiency is as high as 72.87%.(3) the different scale and technology efficiency showed a trend of “inverted U”.(4)The whole industrial chain perspective(not considering prenatal one-time investment) after processing under the condition of currency sales grey income per acre in jujube, jun jujube were higher than inflation original jujube sales; Inflation sales after gray jujube processing, the pure income gained was higher than jun jujube.(5) red jujube and machining cost is too high, single sales channels, farmers and industrial chain short, single red jujube processing varieties, from the point of whole industry chain profit split, businesses for profit continuously seize red jujube the interests of farmers, as the market has become increasingly saturated, profits will be narrowed.Therefore, in order to optimize the allocation of resources, use innovative technology to promote efficient development of jujube industry, should pay attention to:(1) the transformation of the mode of production elements configuration and improve the efficiency of resource utilization and output, change to increase production efficiency mode of production, the implementation of efficient agriculture;(2) to implement the standardization of scientific and standardized production, the development of ecological agriculture. Improve the level of red jujube intensive management and high quality fruit rate;(3) accelerate the mechanization of jujube cultivation technology, reduce the dependence on labour.(4) take effective prevention mechanism to increase farmers resistance risk ability;(5) to strengthen the technical training of farmers, improve the level of farmers scientific management;(6) Mass efficiency, strengthen the brand consciousness, set up a variety of sales channels, implementing green and network marketing. |
