The proposed of the integration Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions strategic planning accelerates the overall development pace of these three places, the research of this paper focuses on Beijing distribution traffic’s changing when the logistics centers relocated in Tianjin or Hebei province which is located in Beijing now. At first, this paper makes a hypothesis that there are six fit address can be used for the logistics centers’relocated point. Then the paper analyzes the road network and the main road nodes in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province’s related parts are considered as well. At last, a simulation modle of urban distribution traffic has been made up based on software Anylogic. This paper sets four ways to generate demand, they are demand generated according to the commerce distribution probability, according to uniform distribution probability, according to hospital distribution probability and according to express point distribution probability. Combined with six logistics centers previously mentioned, this paper has finished 4800 times simulations and gets enough datas for further analysis. This paper analyzes the changing of Beijing distribution traffic after the logistics centers in Beijing relocated to Tianjin or Hebei province mainly through three aspects, one is the change of road nodes’passed frequency, one is the change of main roads’passed frequency, and another one is the comparative analysis of four generate demand ways based on distribution diatance. After analysis, the conclusion can be found that the road nodes like Fenzhongsi bridge, Dayangfang bridge, Guomao, Shuangjing bridge, Muxiyuan bridge, Sihui bridge, Shibalidian bridge and Caihuying bridge have a higher passed prequency, and turn to distribution roads, Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway, Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway, Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Tongzhou-Yanjiao Expressway and some sections on South Third Ring and East Third Ring have a higher passed frequency. So these road nodes and main roads will be more prone to traffic congestion, they should be paid more attention when planning diatribution lines. According to the difference analysis of distribution distance, when the demand generated by hospital distribution probability, it shows great difference from others, this indicates the change of hospitals in Beijing will bring an obvious change of Beijing’s distribution traffic.
