Extracting Beijing's non-capital functions is the core part of the strategy of the integration of Beijng,Tianjin,and Hebei.In this background,this paper focuses on the problem of the relocation of logistics centers in Beijing under the actual traffic conditions,and further analyzes the change of effect that distribution vehicles have on Beijing traffic after logistics centers have been transferred,and the influence that the change of traffic conditions has on distribution activities after logistics centers'relocation.Therefore,this paper puts forward the new logistics layout hypothesis including Wuqing,Zhuozhou,Guan,Xianghe,Sanhe,Shunyi Tianzhu after analyzing the current layout.For comparative analysis,this paper further selects five logistics centers that represent the existing logistics center layout,including Jingweilida,Huarunjinglong,Yizhuang,Majuqiao,Tianzhu.Finally,on the basis of logistics distribution center,a simulation model of urban distribution of Beijing is established,after analyzing the distribution of Beijing's logistics demand and the actual traffic situation.In contract analysis,this paper finds that average distribution distance and time improve significantly after the relocation of Beijing's logistics centers,which is directly related to the increasing distance from the logistics center to the urban area of Beijing.This paper finds that the main difference in the delivery time and delivery distance is mainly reflected in the highway,fifth ring and sixth ring road,by subdividing the distribution of average delivery time and average delivery distance among different types of roads.In addition,the simulation results also show that,there is no significant change in the traffic load in the entire Beijing road network after the relocation of logistics centers,but to the entire Fourth Ring Road,the amount of traffic load generated by the distribution vehicle is remarkably reduced.On the issue that how and to what extent does the change do traffic condition effect Beijing' distribution activities,it is very obvious that the influence that the change of traffic conditions has on the Beijing's urban distribution activities is significant.About delivery distance,the change of traffic conditions basically does not affect the average delivery distance of each logistics distribution center,but the distribution of the distance on different types of roads is different in different traffic conditions;about delivery time,the change of the traffic conditions has a significant effect on the average delivery time of each logistics distribution center,and Sanhe and Xianghe are the two distribution centers that are affected more obviously;last,about traffic load and the traffic load distribution,the changes of the traffic condition basically do not change the traffic load and distribution of the whole traffic networks,but to Sanhe and Xianghe,the results are different.In summary,there is no significant change in the traffic load in the entire Beijing road network,but to the entire Fourth Ring Road,the amount of traffic load generated by the distribution vehicle is remarkably reduced after the relocation of logistics centers.The change of the traffic conditions has a significant effect on the average delivery time of each logistics distribution center,and the change also effects the delivery path significant to Sanhe and Xianghe.
