The Research On The Application Of Cross-border E-commerce Of Trading Corporation In Hebei Province

In the past 2015, the amounts of both import and export in China are decrease which situation rarely appears to us. Under the condition that the economy of the whole world is depression, the cross border e-commerce is increasing against the trend. The transaction scale from it is rising continuously. Thus the cross border e-commerce will become the new great motivation of the international trade of our country. The use of the e-commerce makes the information between the suppliers and the buyer transparent and will gradually break through the limit of information asymmetry. Nowadays the tendency of the trade is personalized which can be satisfied by cross border e-commerce. The trade comes from the demand not the supply. What they demand determines what will be produced and supplied. In this way, the demand controls and helps to adjust the supply so that the problem of excess capacity can be relieved. The use of the e-commerce in international trade brings much convenience to export trade enterprises, such as the international marketing is more efficient, the customs clearance is much faster, much more transaction cost is saved, and so on. But throughout the whole country, the development of the cross border e-commerce is unbalanced. While the development in south of China is in full swing, it cease to advance in north most of the provinces and cities except Tianjin. Hebei province, as the base of heavy industry, the economic development of which is slow and now is in the great period of transformation and upgrading, so that it is no doubt that propelling the foreign trade enterprises to use the e-commerce finds a new way for the enterprises to be prosperous and a new point of growth to the economy. However, how is the current status and standard of application of cross border e-commerce in enterprises of Hebei? What factors influence that? How can promote the development of the application?Therefore, this article regards export enterprises of Hebei province as the research object, trying to resolve those questions above by investigating. At first, this paper investigates some enterprises, which comprehends the status of application of cross border e-commerce and the level of construction of corresponding infrastructure. Through the SWOT analysis was carried out on the foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce application, we expound the necessity of the application. Next is the analysis of the affecting factors which is on the survey data of trading link from international marketing, electronic payment and electronic customs clearance, international logistics and electronic business platform, by using the factor analysis method to extract indicators, and grey correlation model for the further analysis of influencing factors. Finally, based on the development model of foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce application, we provide some suggestions.
