Study On The Development Of Cross-border E-commerce In Kyrgyzstan Foreign Trade Enterprises

Cross-border e-commerce transaction scale is increasing year by year,with the simple,fast,cost-effective features,gradually break the limitation of national borders,at the same time it also catalytic trade structure changing of the world economy.Cross-border e-commerce for businesses,with a more open directly,multidimensional,three-dimensional,multilateral international economic and trade cooperation pattern,greatly optimize the allocation of resources,improve the enterprise bilateral win-win;From a consumer perspective,cross-border e-commerce makes it more convenient to get other countries' high cost performance of high-quality goods.Kyrgyzstan is located in the Eurasian heartland,adjacent soil with China,and as the Pacific cooperation(APEC)members,in such aspects as politics,economy,culture,and common progress.In terms of economic and trade,the two countries with good advantage complementary,to carry out trade activities,the social economy plays an important role.Kyrgyzstan as a friendly neighbor of China,is China's important trading partners.Every year,Kyrgyzstan and China has the new aspects in the bilateral trade.Research of Kyrgyzstan cross-border electricity business development,foreign trade enterprises from the point of theoretical significance,study foreign trade enterprise cross-border electricity Kyrgyzstan problems,can clarify the characteristics of the foreign trade enterprise cross-border electricity,foreign trade enterprises.On the other hand,for their foreign trade enterprise cross-border electricity,used the SWOT analysis method,through analysis the enterprise of foreign trade enterprises cross-border electricity Kyrgyzstan,talents,policy,logistics,etc,the advantages and disadvantages in the opportunities and challenges.The third aspect,at the micro level,can through the study of foreign trade enterprise for future cross-border electricity put forward prospects,build cross-border business model,foreign trade enterprises clear enterprise development goals and direction.From the point of practical significance,research their foreign trade enterprise cross-border electricity problem,can through the on-the-spot investigation of related companies,analysis of the statistics used to many of the foreign trade enterprise cross-border electricity business development present situation,through the analysis platform,talent problem and logistic problems,put forward directly to the development of cross-border electricity guidance;,on the other hand,can also according to the current Kyrgyzstan foreign trade enterprises to carry out cross-border electricity situation,understand the current political background,economic environment and cultural environment,technical resources,fully grasp the trend of globalization and cross-border electricity dividend period,combined with their present situation,the government and enterprises to make correct theoretical analysis,propose solutions to solve these problems.This paper introduces the problem from the perspective of the background and meaning of the topic,and summarizes the relevant research in recent years.In the second chapter of the article,I briefly introduced the concept of cross-border e-commerce and made a review of relevant research.In Kyrgyzstan in the foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce development present situation of exploration,the author thinks that the small foreign trade enterprise cross-border e-commerce trade,the main trade pattern are B2 B,C2C,the B2 C,O2O several,and their specific features of e-commerce are summed up.At the same time,the article also analyzes the problems existing in the foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce development of Kyrgyzstan,major is foreign trade company,through cross-border business transactions at the time of the payment problem,cross-border electricity is more dispersed,the individual foreign trade enterprise logistics development lags behind,the foreign trade enterprise to the lack of investment in cross-border electricity preparation and cross-border electronic commerce talented person lack,foreign trade enterprise application cross-border electricity of the external environment is imperfect.In this paper,we study the macro environment,the industry and the enterprise.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Kyrgyzstan's foreign trade enterprises: to make full use of government supervision and guidance;We will energetically optimize the cross-border e-commerce platform;We will accelerate the construction of a modernized cross-border e-commerce logistics model;We will strengthen the management of cross-border e-commerce services.
