Although along with the gradual deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, especially this year "One Belt and One Road" the whole idea of reform, state-owned enterprises from the enterprise culture, enterprise management mode, enterprise thinking have greatly improved. However, the old thinking formula is difficult to eradicate, resulting in the management level is not enough to keep up with the rapid development of enterprise scale at the same time, so it makes the development of enterprises falling into the bottlenecks. Because of the deep-rooted of the old ideas, enterprise management, especially the management of logistics support is difficult to improve to a corresponding height. Also our logistics management personnel’s thought is also the service, service to the production line personnel, while ignoring the functions of management and supervision. In fact, management and supervision enhance enterprise level, the key point of Chinese and foreign large enterprise group gap narrowed.In this paper, we study the improvement of logistics management in state-owned enterprises. First of all, the logistics management is divided into two parts:enterprise administrative management and security management. And the enterprise administrative split for administrative reception work; vehicle booking and ticket booking management work; engraved chapter, chapter management; conference management; administrative department of carding process work five small module, and security management as a total of six module management to enhance the study. Through the study, we proposed a series of methods and processes. According to the trial run of a period of time, the research methods, the process of sampling, analysis, and finally concluded.This paper is based on the theory of predecessors, mainly in the following areas: first, this paper uses a questionnaire survey method to collect a large amount of data, and the actual data as the basis for the analysis and processing of the problem; in addition,we use case analysis, statistical analysis and questionnaire survey method to analyze the argument of this paper.The key point of this thesis is to improve the cost savings, improve the management efficiency of enterprise, and improve the satisfaction of employees.
