Technology is the main form of the Internet economy business, developing science and technology enterprises, advocating a start-up is opening a new round of technological revolution. It is time to create a historic breakthrough. In many business factors, top managers become the core of its business operation and has a very important position. At the same time as the enterprises facing environment with more and more fierce competition and uncertainty, team operation model with its flexibility, can constantly improve the organization response speed and the elasticity of the external business environment changes. As a result, give full play to the science and technology business enterprise the effectiveness of the top management team, improve team competency are the escort for the sustainable development of the enterprise long-term health.This paper selects the technology-based start-ups that attracts the most attention, most urgent need of discussion enterprise financial performance and the core status of the top management team, exploratory study with quantitative method, and in a broader perspective and a higher level, enrich the theory of the aspects of the research.First of all, it defines the concepts involved, including science and technology enterprises, top management team, the team competency through the literature review, and the evaluation methods of financing performance of listed companies are summarized.Then With top experts’help, combined with the survey data, this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to further analyze the Growth Enterprises Market technology-based enterprise top management team competency structure. It is concluded that the dimensions and weight of the segmentation dimensions, and get the top management team competency structure model.Finally, by Resset financial database (www.resset.cn) evaluating the enterprise performance assignment, it studies the relationship between top management team competence and corporate financial performance, to verify the effectiveness of top management team competency structure model.
