An enterprise is an economic organization that aims at profit and pursues the long-term development and the profit maximization in the market competition.An enterprise is often made up of many working groups.The goal of the enterprise can not be achieved without the team work and tacit cooperation.As a team leader,team leader is directly responsible for the effectiveness of team work.Whether the team leader has the ability to lead the team to accomplish the task well and lead the team in the right direction.From the perspective of leadership theory,team theory,competence theory,this paper studies the relationship between team leadership competency and team performance.The leadership of the work team in the enterprise is different from the general leader.He is in the organization of the profit of the enterprise,subject to the rules and regulations of the enterprise and leading the work team to complete the business objectives.This paper analyzes the competence of the team leader from the content of the work of the team leader.In this paper,the competency of team leadership is divided into three dimensions: team task management,team relationship management,and external environmental management.At the same time,this paper discusses the factors that influence team performance through the analysis of team performance.Based on the analysis of the team performance structure,this paper constructs the model of the influence of team leadership competency on team performance,and puts forward the relevant hypothesis.According to the research hypothesis,the empirical research is carried out by means of questionnaires.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the content,the paper uses SPSS software to analyze the reliability of the data,validity analysis,normality test,correlation analysis,regression analysis while the formal questionnaire.The results show that there is an important relationship between team leadership competency and team performance.This study through the analysis of team leadership,team leadership competency ability is divided into a three-dimensional structure model.On the basis of the model of team performance structure,this paper constructs the influence model of team leadership competence on team performance,and explains the internal relationship and influence relationship between team leadership competence and team performance.This paper verifies the competency model of team leadership throughempirical analysis.This paper studies the influence of team leadership competence on team performance,and finds that different competency has different influence on team performance.Based on the discussion of the relationship between leadership competency and team performance,this paper makes a further expansion and development of the theoretical system of team leadership theory and competence theory.The paper provides the direction for the selection,training and evaluation of the team leaders.The paper can help the enterprise to establish the professional work team and it has strong theory significance and the practice significance.
