Study On Process Optimization Of Project Management Of G Company

In recent years, project management becomes a new field for research with the development of management science. Project management is a kind of management which merges the management theory and method together in the social activities. It makes full use of management knowledges and skills with specific management tool and method. Project management separates the phase of project, it makes the plan, designs for organization, and controls the progress by communication and coordination. Finally makes sure the project is on schedule and makes sure good qualities. In the scientific research, research and develop institution could change the traditional management methods with project management. It could accelerate the scientific and technological innovation, improve project manager’s ability, and monitor the project status and control of the project. In this way, the project runs more smoothly and reduces the risk of failure. This article is based on the project management theory, studies the process optimization for project in G Company. It researches the integrated circuit design and development with every stage of the project, analyzes each phase and optimizes it to make sure the project runs successfully.It learns from scientific research, project management theories and cases. Considering the integrated circuit design and development situation of G Company, it adopts the documentary research method, case analyzing method and interview method to analyze the problem of scientific research and solve the problem. In this article, it states the project evaluation, project progress management, trial production, project acceptance for integrated circuit design and development. Then it analyzes the problem for each stage and proposes a solution for it.
